I have three programmes that can help make profound improvements to your sport : Brain Gym, Rhythmic Movement Training and Touch for Health Kinesiology. When your mind and body are working as one, you can maximise your performance and achieve your optimum in your game.

An area I always assess for, when I work with sports people, are their Primitive and Postural reflexes. If these reflexes have not integrated properly they can affect a number of physical and emotional skills people need in their sport, and in some cases, can have quite a negative effect on being able to maximise their full performance without actually being aware of what may be holding them back.

For sports coaches, these unique programmes can give you a very valuable technique to improving the physical and mental performance of your team and individual team players.
