This 2 day course will give participants a very effective natural technique and valuable information as to what can be achieved using Rhythmic Movements to help children and adults with ADHD and behavioural challenges. You will have an understanding of -

This 2 day course will give you further valuable insight and a natural technique to how RMT can help children and adults stablise various emotional challenges, develop Inner Leadership skills and the linking up of the Limbic System (the emotional brain). You will have an understanding of –

• The functions of the Limbic System
• How infants, children and adults handle stress
• The importance of tactile and vestibular stimulation for emotional development
• The importance of play for memory and growth of nerve cells
• Emotional challenges due to un-integrated Moro reflex
• Motor function and the Limbic System
• Movements for linking up the Limbic system
• Movements for linking the Limbic system and the Frontal lobes
• Movements for control of the Lumbar region
• Attack and defence behaviour and the Tendon Guard reflex
