Courses are for anyone interested in learning and wanting to use Brain Gym to help develop the skills of people they work with or for their personal development. There are no pre-requisites.

Perhaps you are looking for a change in direction in your life. This 101 foundation course is the first step of five toward becoming an Educational Kinesiology consultant or Brain Gym instructor.

• The Dynamic Brain and how stress can affect three essential areas and their ability to process information.
• The five step process that transforms learning and any life skills.
• A wide range of techniques to improve - Positive Attitude, Motivation, Confidence, Vision, Reading, Listening, Writing, Spelling Communication, Organisation, Comprehension, Concentration, Reasoning, Speech, Focus, Attention, Behaviour, Sociability, Whole body movement, Co-ordination, Fine and Gross Motor skills, Posture, Balance and Stress.
• A Re-patterning technique to integrate both hemispheres of the brain, improving communication and movement between the two sides of the brain and body.
• A second Re-patterning technique that improves communication throughout the Triune brain that transforms difficult compensatory techniques that have already been learnt.
• An effective method to improve confidence and self-worth.
• An easy method to clear emotional stress that can affect the ability to learn or be affecting your health.
• Excellent techniques for managing and overcoming stress, especially at exam time / job interviews etc.
• A method for personal self-development for anyone who wants to improve and achieve their potential.

You will receive a course manual. A years student subscription to the Edu-K Trust. 32 hours CPD training.
