Any stress, difficulty, negative feeling, sport or skill you want to be more successful at, a life change or goal you would like to achieve or past belief pattern that is holding you back, can be changed if you are ready. These one to one sessions are for you to improve anything you want in your life. Below are a few examples:

Brain Gym can be used to create balanceDyslexia is a label given to adults and children who have difficulty in achieving any of the above because the 'wiring' in the brain is not set up properly and they are not able to access certain areas within the brain essential for completing the task naturally and easily. This programme will make profound changes and help many people who are struggling and falling below expectations set in schools, business, the arts and sport with very quick results.

I give one to one Brain Gym balances to adults and children at my practice. (NB, children under 16 need to be accompanied by an adult).
The session is fun, fascinating and involves easy movements that will make life easier and help any age group and ability.

The first session includes:

  • A consultation
  • A Brain Dominance profile to assess what happens when the person is under stress. An explanation to the difficulties that person may show when stressed and how they can overcome the stress quickly, effectively and easily. This understanding boosts confidence quickly and shows you that you are not lazy, stupid or useless as many are told.
  • Set a goal. We formulate a goal towards anything you would like to improve in your life or learning.
  • We follow a five step process which includes some simple and fun movements and it is the movements that create the change in your ability toward the goal you set with immediate effect.
    You usually have about 10 minutes of growth work to do at home for about 7 – 10 days to strengthen the changes so that the goal becomes fully integrated and automatic.

Results of a balance:

  • A new neural pathway is set that will help you to succeed towards your goal, making life / learning easier that has an immediate affect.
  • Understand your learning preference and be able to improve it quickly.
  • You will feel integrated and energised.
  • Feel more confident and higher self-esteem.
  • Have a technique to overcome stress.
  • Feel positive, motivated and more able.
  • Open up further opportunities for later in life.
  • You will be able to access more of your brain
  • "I can't do it" becomes "I can".

What happens next?

Usually, but not always, between three and six sessions are suggested with a gap of two to three weeks, setting a new goal each session to further improve any other challenges that the person will want to work on to make the best and lasting positive changes to learning or life skills.

Value for money?

Absolutely. Each session is extremely good value for your money considering the profound and lasting changes to your learning and life skills. The cost is usually between £45 and £50 for a 75 – 90 minute session.
