Aromatherapy Massage
What is Aromatherapy?
Aromatherapy is one of the oldest forms of natural healing using powerful plant essences (essential oils) and massage to help stimulate our body's healing and immune systems. Aromatherapy is one of the most pleasant, effective and beneficial treatments of natural healthcare, with no side effects, if carried out by a properly qualified therapist. What happens in a session?
I take a full consultation on the first visit so that I get to know how you are and how I can help you physically and emotionally. I can then select a special blend of oils for your physical and emotional needs. The oils have wonderful therapeutic healing qualities and can trigger chemical reactions in the brain to either relax or invigorate depending on how you would like to feel after the session. Massages vary in length from 45 minutes up to 105 minutes for a full body depending on which you have chosen. What are the benefits?
My massage is as strong and deep as your body requires and according to your needs. I will relieve tension, pain, tiredness and stress from your mind and body. I can help improve your circulation, muscle tone to improve your posture and stimulate the elimination of toxins from your body which will help you to feel rejuvenated, energised or relaxed and improve your vitality and well-being naturally. I guarantee you an excellent and professional treatment every time you would like to improve your health. I offer various massages from full body to back, neck and shoulders or just lower back or neck and shoulders. Please pick up or ask for my brochure with the range of treatments available. Who benefits?
