Aromatherapy Massage

Aromatherapy is one of the oldest forms of natural healing

What is It?

Aromatherapy is one of the oldest forms of natural healing using powerful plant essences (essential oils) and massage to help stimulate our body's healing and immune systems. Aromatherapy is one of the most pleasant, effective and beneficial treatments of natural healthcare, with no side effects, if carried out by a properly qualified therapist.

What happens in a session?

I take a full consultation on the first visit so I get to know how to help you physically and emotionally. I can then select a special blend of oils for your needs. The oils help memory and emotions and trigger chemical reactions in the brain to relax or invigorate which then starts to relax any tension within the muscles.

What are the benefits?

My massage is as strong and deep as required according to your needs, and relieves tension, pain and stress from your body which then improves the circulation and muscle tone and stimulates the elimination of toxins from the body giving you feelings of vitality, energy, relaxation and well being.

I guarantee an excellent treatment. I offer various massages from full body to back or just lower back.
